Open Demand Letter to Suzuki Shaw

Dear Gentlemen:

We acknowledge the phone call of your Customer Care Head on October 15, 2015 regarding our complaints on the unit sold to us by Suzuki Shaw. The 2015 Suzuki Celerio was released to us last September 1, 2015 at around 7PM was supposed to be BRAND NEW unit but as you have told us, the unit was test driven from LIPA, BATANGAS to MANILA, making the odometer at 223 KILOMETERS when we claimed the unit.

Is this considered BRAND NEW unit? What is Suzuki’s definition of BRAND NEW? Or what is your personal definition of BRAND NEW?

In my previous email dated October 10, 2015, I have challenged you to prove us that we were not DUPED by your dealership. But from the start you have given us countless alibis and with the unit being test driven for more than a HUNDRED KILOMETERS, tell us if this unit is BRAND NEW.

We regret to say that we do not accept your explanation and your apology as to internal miscommunication, etc. Please be informed that we are BUYING BRAND NEW and not a vehicle already driven or USED unit nor a DEMO unit!

Per Philippine law, a brand new motor vehicle is referred to a vehicle that has never been operated on any highway of the Philippines, or in any foreign state or country.

With this, we DEMAND that the unit be replaced with a REAL BRAND NEW UNIT as you have not delivered what we have paid for and what your dealership have promised.
