PSE Bull Run 2012 Race Day Pics

We had our first official 21K run for the year 2012 at the PSE Bull Run which was held at the Bonifacio Global City as a team under the flag of PinoyFitness.com, officially we entered as two teams which we call on our own as Team Mamaws and Team Baby Mamaws :-)

Though I ran this morning with common colds and sore throat, all in all I did not struggled and had a great run with fellow PF Daniel. Our pace from start to finish was consistent at around 6:00-6:30 with minimal water breaks along the route and our unofficial finish time is 2:07.

I think the event was at above average in terms of hydration, with a consistent hydration station in every 2.5 kms but there were only few Pocari stations mid-way of the route. There were also enough supply of bananas for 21K and even 16K runners.

PSE Bull Run 2012 - My Race Kit

Tomorrow, January 8, 2012 will be my first official run for 2012 at the PSE Bull Run which will be held at the Bonifacio Global City.

This afternoon, I just got my race kit from my fellow Pinoy Fitness peep Allan, who have registered us for the 21K Team event. It was also our carbo loading party at Dad's Mega Mall. Meryenda All You Can at only Php 189.00 from 3PM -  5PM. Sulit na sulit!

But I am not confident enough for tomorrow's run as I have sore throat and common colds (running nose) just yesterday. My body resistance is surely low as well as my energy level.

What will matter most tomorrow is I need to finish the race in one piece. See you all then folks! I need to rest now.

Registration Fees:

3K/5K/10K – P450.00
16K/21K – P550.00 (with finisher’s medal and shirt)

- Team competition for 21k – minimum of 10, lowest aggregate time
- Registration starts on December 1, 2011
- Registration fee inclusive of jersey, race number with bib tag and a loot bag upon finish.
- Medal will be given to all 16k & 21k finishers.
